Description

The Nemco 56424-1 Chopper Blade & Holder Assembly 1/4" works by allowing fruits and vegetables through a fixed blade grid as downward pressure is applied, cutting items into uniform pieces in a single motion. The blade holder keeps the cutting grid aligned and secured during repeated chopping cycles. It is installed in the upper cutting section of a compatible Easy Chopper unit, positioned above the pusher block. This assembly is used in commercial kitchens to process vegetables and fruits for prep tasks.
