The Vulcan Hart 00-959573-00001 Oven J-Type Thermostatic Safety Valve is essential part is intended to control the flow of the gas safely. It works with a system where gas flows in only if pilot light or the ignition system sends a signal that there is flame, this means that M classes do not allow gas and hence are safe during cooking. This valve uses a 1/8” FPT pilot and has a 3/8” FPT connection making it suitable for different systems.
