Description

The Cleveland KE01500-5 Kettle Gas Burner is a removable gas burning element, which provides and combines fuel gas with air to create a controlled flame to heat in commercial cooking systems. A burner, when linked to the gas supply and ignition system of the appliance, sprays an accurate mixture by its ports in such a way that even combustion takes place across the cooking surface or within the chamber. It fits in the burner compartment of compatible units and is attached to the frame and aligned with gas lines, ignition electrodes, and flame sensors.
