The Rankin Delux RDCM-08 Infrared Burner Ceramic produces a large amount of infrared heat through the conversion of gas to radiant energy, creating a uniform high-temperature cooking of its entire surface. It burns fast and spreads the heat evenly across the ceramic parts, which sears and browns efficiently. This burner is designed to fit into commercial cooking equipment, usually into a gas range or broiler to provide direct heat to grill, broil, or finish dishes.
