Description

The Rankin Delux RDCM-08A Infrared Burner W/NAT Orifice #40 operates by heating the natural gas with a high concentration of radiant heat via the use of a specialty ceramic combustion surface. The process enables the component to achieve optimal cooking temperatures in a short period of time as it emits infrared waves that do not need to heat the air around the food but move directly through the surface to the food. The assembly is a component of replacement to retain the original equipment thermal output.
