Description

The Rankin Delux RB-03 Charboiler Cast Iron Burner with Air Shutter is a burner assembly for use in commercial charbroilers. Fuel is supplied to the burner by the gas system connected to it, and the flame generated by the burner is used for cooking heat under the charbroiler surface. It is equipped with an air shutter that adjusts the air/gas mixture that goes into the burner to ensure proper combustion while in operation. It is mounted in the designated burner position under the cooking grate/radiant area in the charbroiler, where it is part of the heating system that conveys the heat from the flame to the cooking surface.
