Description

The Dormont CF100 Safety Shutoff/Quick Disconnect with Thermal Cut-Off manages the gas connection between the supply line and commercial equipment through a disconnectable coupling mechanism. It allows operators to separate and reconnect the gas line to system without altering the fixed piping arrangement. It integrated thermal cut-off element responds to elevated temperatures by interrupting gas flow within the assembly. The 1" FPT connection supports proper arrangement with defined gas systems. It is used with compatible gas-fired equipment in commercial kitchen operations requiring a detachable gas connection.
