The Garland CK1035197 Steel Infrared Burner is intended for usage in commercial kitchen settings that is compatible only with those range top broilers such as the Salamander, and Mir-34L. It has a steel construction of 15” x 6-1/4” with 1.5” extensions and a 1” orifice. The infrared burner employs heat that radiates thus making it possible to cook food with a lot of efficiency. Such a design makes cooking faster, and food is cooked evenly making the overall quality to be better. Designed for use with units produced before 6/88 and after 11/90, this burner is perfect for high-temperature broiling and is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen environment.
