The Comark CMRKSK40M Griddle Probe K-Type W/30" Armored Capillary Cord uses a detector in connection to compatible monitoring parts to transmit surface, and internal grate temperature readings. The probe is used to observe cooking or heating during use and returns the temperature change data at the contact point in commercial foodservice operations. This griddle probe is used directly on the surface or in the heated cooking space where the temperature is required to be monitored during food preparation processes.
