Description

The Vollrath/Idea-Medalie 17012-1 Control Knob has a 3/4-inch diameter and a pointer that turns the control shaft beneath to set the controls on compatible equipment. The pointer can be easily seen as it follows the panel markings to show the level chosen as the knob is turned. It is mounted on the front control panel of cooking and foodservice units, and it fits easily on the control stem. When it is fitted, the knob can be easily held by the operators and turned so that they can make accurate adjustments when operating it.
