Description

The Beverage Air 502-323B Temperature Control Thermostat is used to monitor and adjust the internal parameters of compatible equipment by sensing cabinet condition, and regulating compressor operation accordingly. It works through a capillary tube system to detect temperature changes, triggering electrical contacts to start, or stop the cooling cycle based on preset settings. It assists in maintaining the desired operating limits within the unit by cycling power to the system as needed. It is installed inside the control housing of select reach-in coolers and freezers, where it connects to the wiring structure.

Step1: Disconnect power and ensure the refrigerator is empty and safe to service.
