Description

The Delfield 000-BBO-0030-S Drain Pan Assembly captures and directs condensation or surplus liquid from the chilled equipment away. This 48" pan fits under or in compatible units to efficiently control moisture from cooling cycles and defrost operations. It directs the water collected towards the appliances drainage system, which prevents liquid from accumulating within the appliance. The drain pan is designed to facilitate the removal of fluid, and aid in the maintenance of sanitation in commercial food service operations, like restaurants, prep areas and cafeterias while assisting to prevent it from reaching other equipment surrounding the drain pan.
