Delfield 1301461 Refrigerator Cutting Board Polyethylene

The Delfield 1301461 Cutting Board is a spare component designed for compatible refrigerated prep tables and undercounter refrigerators. It provides a food preparation surface positioned above the refrigerated unit, allowing users to perform slicing and portioning operations within a refrigerated workstation. Made from polyethylene, the board resists moisture absorption and supports routine cleaning in commercial kitchen conditions. It installs on the refrigerator top rail or ledge, depending on model configuration, and works as an interface between cold storage and active prep areas in food service operations, assisting in maintaining an organized workflow and separation of ingredients during service.
