Delfield 3978280 Refrigerator Narrow Wire Shelf Silver

The Delfield 3978280 Refrigerator Narrow Wire Shelf Silver works by providing stable, raised surfaces, allowing vertical storing in a cooling unit in an organized manner. Its open-grid design enables constant 360 airflow around stored parts to ensure the same internal temperatures. This particular element is firmly seated on pre-fitted pilasters or shelf clips on the inside sidewalls of the refrigeration cabinet. Its silver epoxy coating provides a protective coating against moisture, and the thin profile provides maximum cubic feet to food pans or containers. This replacement rack will be useful in maintaining systematic inventory control.
