Description

The Alto-Shaam KN-3468 Oven Thermostat Knob 1-7/8" DIA OFF-100°F-350°F converts rotary-type input into temperature selection by rotating to the indexed settings, which are associated with internal contacts. It is adjusted to adjust heating output between off and the marked temperature. It fits on the control panel and on the shaft at the front of the part. The shaped dial face and a blank off position are to be selected manually. Diameter and profile are similar to the interface to be consistent in the control and in correspondence to the panel markings.
