Description

The Pitco 60159801-C Thermostat Knob 2-1/4" DIA OFF-550-200F Use a control shaft with a control shaft rotating to the desired temperature in the marked range. It operates by converting the manual turning into alterations in the internal location of the thermostat to regulate the heating components. The knob attaches to a compatible fryer as a D-shaft mount on the front control panel. This auxiliary component is connected to the thermostat assembly, which gives the operators a graphical and physical interface to choose and control cooking temperatures when using the fryer.
