Description

The Star Mfg 2V-Z17446 Drain Screen is used to cover the drain hole to enable liquids to flow through the machine stops food particles and debris when the machine is in operation. It has a mesh structure to regulate the passage of waste to minimize the introduction of solids into the drain line. The screen is placed either above or within the drain opening of matching commercial cooking equipment. Designed to be subjected to grease and food residue on regular basis, it facilitates regular cleaning processes. This element contributes to the preservation of regular drainage situation in the assemblies of kitchen equipment.
