Description

The Duke 215332 Carving Board W/Cutout 48" X 8" ensures a flat work surface with the edges of the cold pan fitting in the cutout opening. It is installed over the cold pan, and when installed, it can be used to prepare the ingredients on the board, and it blends with the design of the unit. It is mounted on top of compatible cold pan assemblies. The cutting board is designed to be used when the previous one is warped, cracked, or damaged to ensure proper alignment of the surface and fit for the normal operation of the kitchen.
