Description

The Star Mfg WS-503843 Pan & Element Assembly 1650W 240V heats cooking or warming food by transforming electrical energy to thermal output by using the built-in heating element. The heat is transferred to the integrated pan surface and this allows the temperature to be maintained constantly throughout the operation. This unit is mounted in the heating chamber or food holding area of the unit with the pan directly contacting the element, creating a composite unit that assists in normal warming or cooking operations in the normal usage of the equipment.
