Description

The Turbochef ENC-1788 Solid-State W/Heat Sink Relay is a semiconductor component that is replacing mechanical contacts to switch electrical power to heating and control circuits. These low-voltage control signals allow or block the flow of current to the load side, and controlling the activation of connected oven components according to the operation cycles. During switching, the attached heat sink dissipates the generated heat, and under continuous load, it will support maintaining a stable, optimal electrical level. It is mounted in suitable high-speed oven control panels and placed on mounting surfaces in the electrical system.
