Description

The Lang 41100-07 Flame Sensor Probe operates by sensing the existence of a spark, which is done by ignition rectification, in which the gauge transforms an alternating current into a direct current signal. This electrical signal makes the gasoline control module know that a burner has been lit successfully and the gas valve can be kept open to continue its operation. The component is fitted directly in the path of the pilot or main torch in order to transmit the signal instantly.

Step1: Turn off gas and electrical power to the unit before servicing.

Step8: Restore power and gas, then check stable flame detection during ignition cycle.
