The Frymaster FM1061424 Fryer Computer Probe monitors cooking oil temperature and sends measurement data to the electronic controller, allowing the system to adjust its heating cycle as operating conditions change. Featuring an 11-1/4-inch x 4-1/4-inch probe with a 3/16-inch diameter, 36-inch leads, a 1/8-inch male push pin, and a 35-inch high-temperature sleeve, it is configured for connection within the fryer’s sensing circuit. This is installed inside compatible commercial fryers near the fry pot, where it continuously tracks oil temperature during cooking. It supports electronic temperature monitoring as part of the control system used in commercial foodservice equipment.
