Description

The Frymaster FM8065857 Interface PCB Assembly BIM53 FP47 works by accepting signals sent, by sensors and control inputs and acting upon them to control heating elements and protection interlocks in the fryer. It works by sending electrical instructions, using connected circuits, to regulate cooking processes as per programmed settings. It is mounted in the control shell of the fryer and it is linked to internal wiring, and circuitry to coordinate its operation. It is intended to be used in commercial frying equipment to control oil temperature and control cooking cycles when preparing food.
