Description

The Frymaster FM812-1286 Natural Gas Pilot Assembly ignites the main burner by producing a controlled unit flame from the incoming gas supply. Once gas reaches the pilot the assembly directs it through the burner opening where ignition begins, and the flame remains open for the heating cycle. This assembly is installed near the main burner area inside compatible cooking equipment. The pilot connection carries natural gas to the burner tip while the flame provides the ignition point needed to start the heating process. It is used in commercial systems where a gas-fired burner requires a dedicated pilot ignition arrangement during operation.
