Description

The Frymaster FM826-2592 Burner Insulation Kit GL30 FV separates the burner area from nearby sections by restricting the movement of heat through the covered assembly. It contains formed foam layers that surround the burner section and adjacent heated areas to limit heat transfer within the fryer cabinet. Installed around the combustion assembly, these insulation parts assist in maintaining controlled thermal conditions around nearby structural and electrical sections during cooking steps. This is used in oven configurations where thermal containment around the burner compartment is required during continuous foodservice operation.
