Description

The Frymaster 1080639 Gas Fryer Pump Topoff Shurflo is an electric diaphragm mechanism used to transfer oil through an electric diaphragm mechanism to the frypot. This part is activated in case a low oil level is detected by sensors and a 24V motor is used to generate the pumping motion necessary to maintain a steady flow of grease. The unit is mounted in the internal cabinet of the Low Oil Volume series gas fryers and is connected to the top-off system manifold.
