Description

The Frymaster FM826-2380 Dual Vat Control SMT FPPH50 operates two skillet vats at the same time and controls the temperature and cooking cycles to ensure the uniform operation. Both regulator panels are monitored and adjustable separately to make sure that both vats work in accordance with the set parameters. It is custom-designed to fit into commercial kitchen systems and is placed close to the pan station so that it can be accessed and observed during the food preparation process ensuring that the frying process is centrally controlled, but the workflow remains efficient.
