Description

The Attias G170 Thermostat 3/16" X 14-3/4" FDTH-1 regulates temperature by sensing heat changes through its capillary and activating connected controls within a 300F to 650F range. Its 48-inch capillary tube and 3/16-inch sensing bulb transmit thermal expansion to the internal switching mechanism, allowing the unit to cycle heating equipment on or off as temperatures rise or fall. Designed for installation in commercial cooking and food warming equipment, the thermostat is commonly positioned near warming elements where direct temperature monitoring is required for controlled operation during food preparation and service applications in crowded commercial kitchen conditions.
