Description

The Tri-Star 300188 Combination Valve Natural Gas regulates the flow of gas to the fryer by opening and closing based on the heating requirements of the unit to maintain a steady stream of ignition and flame in the unit. It works by combining the safety shutoff with the gas modulation in a single assembly which enables the fryer to maintain a constant cooking performance. This element is installed in the gas line of the fryer, which is usually placed close to the burner system where it is connected to the gas supply and internal control systems to aid in the control of heat during the cooking process.
