Description

The Garland 2405100 Gas Control Valve 3/8" FPT IN/OUT 24V regulates the supply of gas to the griddle burner by adjusting the supply to the heat requirements during operation. It operates by an internal control system that opens or closes the gas passage with the change in temperature setting to enable the burner maintain the necessary amount of heat. This valve is installed in the gas system of the griddle and installed between the incoming gas line and the burner manifold to control the fuel flow.
