The Gold Medal 43165 Floss Band 5-1/2" is used to attach and hold the floss head assembly in place while operating an appliance machine. It operates by keeping the proper positioning and strain in the spinning mechanism so that the sugar can be distributed evenly when the unit is producing an appliance. This component is installed in the floss head portion of suitable concession equipment in which the spinning and heating process occurs.
