Description
The Montague 3480-0 Top Section Grate 18" is supported by cookware so that it has a stable open-grid surface that enables the heat to evenly rise through the burner underneath. The design of the cast allows the flow of flame and heat through the grate openings and also allows the spacing of the cooking vessel and the source of heat to be adequately spaced. This is the upper section grate, which is directly above the burner set up in compatible cooking equipment and is placed in the top frame.
