Description

The Southbend 1042980 Range Griddle Burner Assembly combines gas with air within the tube to produce an even flame pattern to heat the appliance surface. It carries heat under the cooking plate, providing even heat distribution in cooking and preparing food. This burner assembly is placed under the cooking surface of commercial appliance equipment, where heat is needed, in the griddle section of the range. The assembly is made up of the parts required for a controlled gas combustion system and is intended to fit a compatible range and griddle models for restaurant kitchens, diners and other foodservice cooking stations.
