Description

The Southbend 6-36TB Heavy Duty Thermocouple 36" Long 20-30mV 1900 Series is a temperature-sensing element, which is intended to be used in commercial cooking equipment. This component works by producing a small electrical signal when it becomes heated by the pilot flame and this enables the gas control valve to be left open when the system is operating normally. It is typically fitted in commercial ranges, ovens and other gas-fired appliances in foodservice kitchens. The thermocouple has a very essential safety and monitoring feature in the system, where it is essential to maintain stable pilot operation.
