Description

The Vulcan Hart 00-715005 Thermocouple is used to measure the temperature in the oven by measuring the heat at the tip of the burner and producing a low electrical voltage that is proportional to the temperature. The signal is relayed to the gas control system, which is then able to control the amount of gas flowing and the temperature at which the cooking is required. It is built to be mounted close to the burner and is fitted directly into the existing connection point so as to accurately measure the heat and relay the information to the control system to ensure that the heating elements operate correctly.
