The Henny Penny 140171 Holding Cabinet Water Pan Heater Complete Kit converts electrical energy into thermal power by heating a 208V heating element immersed in the reservoir. This submerged system transfers heat to the water itself, creating the uniform steam required to keep the humidity levels in the equipment at the optimum level. This assembly is placed at the bottom of the cabinet where it uniformly blends, with the internal water pan to promote even distribution of moisture. The component is firmly attached to the mounting plate with electrical leads.
