Description
The Groen Z013481 High Limit Thermostat measures temperature and cuts the electrical flow, when the maximum temperature is reached and prevents overheating. It automatically closes the circuit when the temperature exceeds the limit and can be manually reopened when the conditions return to normal. This is intended to be installed in commercial kettles or cooking parts and is installed directly in the existing temperature control and safety system of the appliance.

Step1: Disconnect oven power before starting.
