Hobart 1M5289-00001 Oven Gasket Loading Door

The Hobart 1M5289-00001 Oven Gasket Loading Door works by creating a secure barrier between the door and frame of the appliance when in operation. The door closes, where the gasket compresses to prevent the escape of heat and steam outside the cooking chamber. This will support the uniformity of internal temperature and correct airflow needed to achieve uniform baking outcomes. It also prevents the entry of cooler outside air, which may break the thermal balance. The heating system can work efficiently, and it also shields other surrounding parts against heat exposure and supports providing stable and accurate operation.
