Description

The Montague 1217-3 Infrared Burner is specifically used for cooking and it offers high and steady heat for broilers and grills. This burner has a size of 4” x 16-5/16” and is designed to be used in compatible cooking equipment. It is suitable for application in Montague broiler models including 36RB, 45RB, 36RBI, and 45RBI. The burner works through the combustion of gas to produce infrared heat which is emitted through the tough wire mesh for uniform heating. This increases the rate of cooking, minimizes flare-ups and energy consumption making it suitable for grilling, roasting and broiling.
