Description

The Imperial 1299 Stainless Steel Mesh Infrared Burner 28-3/4” x 9” is for high performance broiling. It has dual venturi inlet at both ends and has a stainless steel mesh covering over the ceramic parts. This with an over all length of 32-1/4”, is recommended for use on imperial broilers such as the ISB 36 and ICMA 36. It allows uniform heat input from the heat source and better infrared cooking as are allowed to slide in for well balanced and sometimes faster cooking. The advantages are improved cooking performance, stable heat control, and the toughness for commercial applications.
