Vulcan Hart 00-498438-00001 Gas Griddle Knob

The Vulcan Hart 00-498438-00001 Gas Griddle Knob is used to regulate the amount of gas going to the burners of the griddle by turning it to open or close the valve. It is attached to the front panel of the control shaft where the operator can adjust the intensity of the flame to cook. The knob is placed on the front side of the griddle and it is used to control the burner settings directly. This positioning will provide easy access when the griddle is in operation and also enable the operator.
