Description

The Imperial 36329 Convection Oven Knob operates by clamping onto the thermostat D-shaft to give it a manual interface by which to regulate the temperature. This component can be rotated to adjust the internal gas flow or electrical resistance to a useful degree of calibration of the heat levels in the cooking space. This is placed on exterior control panel of the appliance, usually in line with the main burner or thermostat controls so that it can be accessed. It has a black finish and white temperature indicators that can be identified as settings when the kitchen is operating at a high volume.
