Description

The Star Mfg PS-Z9181 Electric Griddle Control Knob 2-1/4" DIA operates by sliding over the control shaft of the appliance to change the temperature settings by rotating it. Its shaped construction fits the shaft firmly without any difficulty in turning it to make a better position. This knob is mounted on the front panel of the control of the griddle instead of or over the original control interface. It is designed to fit into compatible shafts and is easily installed by pressing into place and can be removed or replaced during maintenance or during upgrading of parts.
