Description
The Vulcan Hart 00-833220-00011 Jacketed Kettle Thermostat Knob 2-1/4" DIA is a converter of manual rotation to adjust or an infinite button setting. This is used for the internal position of the heat level selection and range of operation. It fits into the front control panel of compatible commercial cooking equipment and fits into the shaft. The 2 1/4" diameter gives it a clear interface to make adjustments as it is in operation. The temperature or power levels are marked by molded marks. The design enables it to be attached to the control shaft and also move consistently across settings.
