Description

The Bakers Pride S1094X Charbroiler Gas Valve Knob On/Off is a control unit that is used on commercial equipment to control the flow of gas to the burner. It works either on or off, passing the movement to the internal gas valve to either initiate or shut off the delivery of fuel. This knob is fitted on the front control panel of compatible charbroilers installed in restaurant kitchens. It is placed on the valve stem and it enables the operator to interact with the gas control system.
