Description

The Miroil L106 Miroil Frypowder Oil Stabilizer 8 Gallon is a powdered additive is used with fryer oil to help improve filtration and assist in keeping the cooking oil cleaner during use. It is spread into the oil, and it combines with the filtration to trap fine particles and suspended solids. The powder is introduced as per the product directions into the oil or filtration route. Packaging has 8 gallon equivalent to be used in commercial fryers. It is shaped in such a way that it can be incorporated into the normal fry station maintenance procedures without any alteration of equipment components.
