Description

The Cecilware L112F High Limit Safety Thermostat LCCM 450°F monitors operating temperature and interrupts the heating circuit when the preset high-temperature limit is reached to control excessive heat during equipment operation. As temperatures return to the specified range, the thermostat automatically resets and allows the heating circuit to operate normally. Installed in compatible GF8, GF16, and GF28 commercial systems, it forms part of the temperature control and safety assembly. The thermostat continuously responds to temperature changes throughout cooking cycles, supporting controlled heating operation and maintaining intended temperature regulation during routine commercial foodservice activities.
