Description
The Bakers Pride L5019X Charbroiler Tubular Burner 23-1/2" W/Deflector Shield is a heat source that directs the combustion of gases through the tubular burner, with the shield used to spread the flame and to protect the surrounding surfaces. The burner is ignited, and when it burns, flames are produced along the length of the burner to warm the charbroiler surface to be cooked. This assembly is installed beneath the cooking grates of compatible charbroiler units and is aligned with the supply of gas. It is held in and this is when the burner is worn or damaged.

Step1: Shut off the gas supply and let the appliance cool.
