It has an H-shaped structure that is capable and offers uniform heat on the 17” burn area for high performance cooking. This burner has a 1-1/4” air shutter for easy air adjustments to allow for efficient combustion and temperature regulation. It works at 208V/1000W to improve energy use and cooking time.
