The Miroil LF301 1-Litre Fry Liquid Antioxidant ANTIOXP K3 slows down the oxidation process in frying oil by mixing with hot oil and minimizing the impact of heat, air and food particles during the frying process. The mechanism of action is to assist in maintaining the condition of frying oil in repeated frying cycles in commercial kitchen operations. This component is usually fed directly into deep fryers, fry pots or oil filters in restaurants, cafeterias and foodservice kitchens. The formula comes in containers to be measured and added to the oil during normal oil maintenance and fryer operating procedures.
